UPT-3595

UPT-3595 is a synthetic, thermo-plastic, hot melt adhesive suitable for fixing straws on tetra pack cartons. This grade has an aggressive hot grab and is suitable for high speed lines.

Properties:

Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
Surface Touch: No ambient tack
Form: Chips / Pellets
Colour*: Natural White
Specific Gravity: ~ 0.97
Application Temperature: 140°C – 170°C
Softening Point (Ring & Ball): 105°C – 115°C
Viscosity (Brookfield Viscometer with Thermosel) at 170°C: 1,000 – 1,500 mPa.s
Shelf Life (In unopened, original packing): 12 Months @ < 40°C
